President Muhammadu Buhari today, March 14, at the State House, Abuja, launched the result of the largest ever population-based HIV survey - The Nigeria HIV/AIDS Indicator and Impact Survey Results (NAIIS).
The survey is designed to examine the distribution of HIV disease in the country, to assess the coverage and impact of HIV services on the population level and to measure HIV-related risk behaviours.

The Acting Director General of National Agency for Drugs Administration and Control (NAFDAC), Mrs Yetunde Oni has just ended a media briefing to dispel rumour that 42 banned anti-malaria medicines were circulating in the country.
Mrs Oni announced that the alleged banned drugs are oral monotherapies which are not recommended for treatment of malaria in Nigeria.
