Renowned Nigerian physiotherapist and Director for Lifestyle Diseases at the Faculty of Health Sciences, North West University, Mafikeng, South Africa, Professor Ushotanefe Useh will be writing a weekly column in Nigeria Health Online from Friday, August 12.

Tagged “The Physio Angle with Efe Useh”, the column is designed to enlighten readers on a wide range of ailments requiring physiotherapy.
 
Prof. Useh is a well known author and keep-fit expert with almost 40 years of work experience, practicing as a physiotherapist in different countries in Africa, Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom. He began his career in Nigeria as a physiotherapist attached to the National Team, The Super Eagles and also had a stint with the Military hospital before relocating abroad.
 
In “The Physio Angle with Efe Useh” column he will be answering readers questions while also providing tips on prevention, rehabilitation and management of conditions such as arthritis, stroke rehabilitation, back and neck pains, injuries resulting from sports, leisure, birth and work, among several others.
